How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice
Once we receive a proper DMCA notice:
- The allegedly infringing content will be removed or access will be disabled.
- We will notify the content provider or user who submitted the content.
- If applicable, we will maintain a record of the removal.
We strive to handle DMCA claims within
2 to 3 business days.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. This must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your district, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If no legal action is filed within
10 business days, we may reinstate the content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or submit infringing content may have their access to
HEYAPKS.NET suspended or permanently terminated. We take copyright abuse seriously.
